Summary of research

In my doctoral research I investigate a stereotype content of blind people in Poland. I specifically focus on how the phenomenon of the stereotype threat affects effectiveness of blind people in performing various tasks. I am also interested in possible ways of reduction of this phenomenon. Besides, I am a president of Vis Maior Foundation, an organization that aims to improve participation of blind people in professional, social and cultural areas.
