About us
PrejudiceLab was established by dr Agnieszka Golec de Zavala at Goldsmiths, University in London in 2015. We are an interdisciplinary research team where social psychologists, neuropsychologists and psychophysiologists work together on topics related to collective narcissism, prejudice and intergroup conflicts, as well as other issues associated with intergroup relations.
Our mission is to support the application of psychological insights to the real world’s problems such as intergroup conflicts, political radicalization or prejudice. We are currently working on getting better understanding of the dynamic of intergroup exclusion, the function of intergroup revenge and the role of mindful gratitude as an intervention to address collective narcissists hostility.
PrejudiceLab has been cooperating with many institutions all over the world. The most important of them are: SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poland, Virginia Commonwealth University in United States, ISCTE-CIS in Portugal or Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Germany.
