Summary of research
I am Head of the Department of Intercultural and Gender Psychology and conduct international research on the perceptions of men and women in different social roles. I am the winner of the National Science Centre's Harmony 9 competition, in which we are conducting an international project on the study of contemporary men. I also led the international research consortium PAR Migration Navigator - WLB_GE 'Socio-cultural and Psychological Predictors of Work-Life Balance and Gender Equality- Cross-Cultural Comparison of Polish and Norwegian Families', in which we investigated factors supporting the achievement of gender equality and work-home balance in Poland and Norway. I am a leader in the Gdansk Model of Integration of Immigrants.
